Dixons Discount Code
Dixons is a well respected high street store with a range of electrical products from cameras to satnavs as well as game consoles and iPads including brands such as Apple, Dyson, Beko, Samsung, and Vodafone. It also offers online shoppers a Dixons code for discounts on products.
Dixons is run by Dixons Retail, who also own and run Currys and PC World. The business operates in twenty six countries including the Czech Republic, Ireland, Greece, the Nordics and the UK. It employs 38,000 people in 1,200 stores.
Dixons focus on on the customer and their shopping experience. Dixons Retail Ltd have a Customer Plan, designed to put the customer at the heart of the business, whether that's improving customers shopping trips, providing better ranges of products for shoppers or just making shopping easy. The Customer Plan focuses on the following:
Colleagues- Colleagues are trained Dixons special training programme named FIVES. Here, colleagues are trained to ensure that when they speak to shoppers, they can determine their needs, wants and the best product for them. As well as this, Dixons ensure that there are enough staff members in store so that shoppers are not left waiting.
Stores- Dixons stores need to be exciting, whether that's the products they have, or just the way they showcase products. Interaction with technology is key, so Dixons have live kitchens, HiFi studios and Camera bars so shoppers can try before they buy. Dixons are constantly reviewing their stores to improve and develop them further. Online shoppers benefit from discounts using a Dixons code, giving them money off certain products.
Shopping Experience- Dixons stores are easier to navigate with better signage, layouts and buying information to make sure that shoppers can find the products they're interested in easily and are able to make more informed choices, whilst staff are trained to ask questions to establish the best products for shoppers.
Products- whether that's Dixons making their stores open to be more flexible for shoppers, ensuring that stock levels are kept high or offering next day delivery time slots, Dixons make sure they work for the customer, not the other way around.
Value- Dixons make sure they can offer consumers unbeatable value. Dixons check competitor prices so that they can either beat them or match them. However, if shoppers do find a cheaper price, Dixons will match that price. Dixons have also launched their own value product ranges to give shoppers not only great choice, but greater savings.
Post Purchase- Dixons are not only interested in customers when they buy products, but afterwards too. Dixons deliver and install products, set up or upgrade products, whilst also offering an in house call centre to ensure that customers are given the best support with their new products. As well as this, Dixons have a repair centre, as well as support plans to give shoppers complete peace of mind.
Problems- Sometimes customers will still have problems, in which case Dixons work to sort the problem. Dixons offer an in house call centre where customers can speak to a fully trained member of staff regarding their products and their frustrations. These calls are then used to improve Dixons processes or identify common problems to reduce the problem occuring in the first place.
