The ticket matches all six numbers, which were 23, 25, 28, 41 and 47. The ticket was bought in September.
The winner has until 5.30pm on Monday, 22nd March to claim the reward.
A National Lottery Spokesperson said: "We are still hopeful that someone will come forward at the last minute to claim the money. We're urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing Lotto ticket could be hiding".
If the money is not claimed, it will go into the National Lottery's Good Causes Fund, which helps community projects.
So dig out those old receipts, check your pockets and let's hope that the ticket hasn't been put in the wash!
